Diversity varies by neighborhood.  Martin Drive remains the most integrated.  Cold Springs Park also has a higher proportion of White residents.  Walnut Hill has the largest proportion of Asian Americans.

In the 1990 Census, there were many young families with young children. Today, those children are growing up. There are fewer very young children. Despite population losses in general, teens make up an increasingly larger portion of the youth population.
